Venice Weddings will use your name, address, e-mail addresses or phone numbers only for your wedding information request, paperwork, planning and coordination. Venice Weddings does not send or sell your data to any third party (either wedding service providers or marketing companies). Venice Weddings will use your personal data only for the legal requirements for your wedding paperwork process (if any) and for our own statistics and internal references.
Venice Weddings® will email you only information concerning “weddings in Venice” and our “products/services/offers”. Venice Weddings will not send any mail by post unless previously agreed or needed for planning purposes. Venice Weddings will never ask your credit card details nor bank account numbers, unless previously agreed and required for a precise function (for example a hotel booking).
Your privacy is important to us: we will not share your information with anyone and fully comply with the Italian privacy law 675/96 which is internationally guaranteed.
CONDITIONS
We do not sell packages, products, services trough this website. This is not a "e-commerce" website. We will create a proposal following your ideas and a definitive confirmation will be only provided after the wedding contract is signed and a deposit is made as confirmation of the requested services. We provide a legal contract that follows all European and International laws in terms of tourism and reception of a tourist/client in a Country of the European community. Our contract includes all legal "terms and conditions" as required by law. We accept payments by bank transfer, but we do also accept credit cards, cheques and traveller cheques. We do sent a regular invoice and a receipt when payment is done. We do not accept cash payments as the Italian law now regulates a very strict policy on cash payments. We offer assistance with any service related to your wedding in Venice. We will assist with any travel arrangements either the couple and their guests. We are a legally registered tour operator and we can legally organize group bookings, tours and excursions. Full terms and conditions will be sent on request and in any case with the wedding contract prior any agreement will be made."
